 There is a cold wave underway on the East Coast. The Chesapeake Bay has frozen almost from shore to shore. Some locations in the District/Maryland/Virginia region (DMV Region) have as much as 9 inches of glaciated snow and sleet on the ground! It has been so cold that little of this ice has melted in nearly two weeks!
